# How can I change my email?

To change your email, the first step is to **register on BetterPic with the new email** you want to use for your account. Once you've done that, please **let us know the new email** (make sure to type it correctly if a letter is missing or added by mistake, we won’t be able to find your registration in the system, which will delay the process).



Once you provide the new email, **an agent will transfer your orders to the new account within 24 hours and notify you once the change is complete**.
