# Image won't upload

If you are having issues uploading pictures or the pictures uploading aren't being uploaded there are a few things you can do.

1. Try refreshing your screen / reloading the page that you are uploading the pictures on. Try looking for a spinning arrow in your browser to refresh

2. If it's still not uploading you can reach out to customer success and share the images you want to upload through the chat.
