# Who owns the pictures?

**You do.** At BetterPic, we grant you full ownership and a [commercial license](https://betterpic-support.crisp.help/en/article/can-i-use-my-photos-anywhere-gn0lic/) for your photos, ensuring you have complete control over how they’re used.

## What Does Full Ownership Mean?

* **Commercial License**: You have the legal right to use your photos for personal or professional purposes, including social media, websites, marketing materials, and more.
* **Exclusive Control**: The images generated are solely yours, and you retain full ownership of them.

## How Are Your Photos Used?

We store your input pictures for 7 days allowing us to help you better when a shoot needs to be redone or want to further tweak your images. We also store your model for 30 days allowing you to use our [AI Studio](https://www.betterpic.io/studio-ai-headshots) to further tweak your images at your own pace. 
## Enhanced Data Privacy with the “Delete” Option

For added peace of mind, we offer a **“Delete” option** by contacting our support asking for a delete. This allows you to permanently remove your photos and data from our servers once your order is complete.
