# Why can't I request a Human Edit?

The issue you're experiencing when requesting a **Human Edit** may be due to insufficient credits. Since this option requires human editors to review and edit your photos, **75 credits** will be deducted per request.

If you purchased a **Basic** or **Pro** package, you won’t have the necessary credits to request a Human Edit unless you add more credits. This option is only included in the **Expert package**.

We recommend **recharging your credits** first to meet the required amount, and then the system will allow you to make the request without issues. Please note that **Human Edit results take 24-48 hours** to be sent via email and will **not** be automatically added to your results panel unless requested.
