# Se me ha emitido un reembolso, pero todavía no lo he recibido

Los reembolsos suelen tardar entre 5 y 10 días laborables en reflejarse en tu método de pago una vez emitidos. Si ya ha pasado ese tiempo y aún no lo has recibido, por favor contacta con nuestro equipo de soporte; ellos revisarán cualquier posible incidencia y se pondrán en contacto contigo si el reembolso sigue pendiente.
