# 如何使用“邮箱+地址”功能，通过一个账户生成多名员工的头像照

如果您需要为多名员工创建头像照，但又不想让他们所有人都访问您的 BetterPic 账户，您可以使用“邮箱+地址”（email plus addressing，也称为“邮箱别名”）功能，自己来生成所有的头像照。

**运作原理：**

您无需邀请每位团队成员并给予他们账户访问权限，而是可以使用您自己邮箱地址的各种变体，来为每个人创建单独的订单。

**如何使用邮箱别名生成团队头像照：**

1.  在下订单时，请使用您的邮箱，在后面加上一个“+”号，然后再跟上任意数字或文本：
* **您的主邮箱：** miriam@betterpic.io
* **第一个员工：** miriam**+1**@betterpic.io
* **第二个员工：** miriam**+2**@betterpic.io
* **第三个员工：** miriam**+3**@betterpic.io
