Getting a redo for your account

If you face an issue with your pictures, don't worry. This is mostly due to a bad-quality upload of images and can be resolved with a redo.

The free redo means that if you aren't happy with the current output of pictures, we'll be happy to help you create a new batch together.

How to get a free redo?

The first step is to reach out to us about your free redo

1. Please contact us on the chat using the email you signed up with through the chat
2. Ask for a redo and tell us what you didn't like about the pictures so we can adapt where possible.

What happens next?

• We will look at your input pictures and see if the score was above 90%
  • If the score is above 80%, we'll have to look to generate a new batch from the current input pictures based on the feedback you mentioned.
  • If the score is under 80%, we will start by telling you which pictures are too low in quality and, therefore, impact the quality of the AI pictures for you.
    • From there, our team will credit your account to restart the picture-uploading process. However, to ensure the optimal result, you must avoid uploading the pictures mentioned by the team. The higher your score from our AI assistant, the higher your chances of receiving the headshots you need.
    • Once uploaded, generating a new batch for you will take around 30 minutes.
