I want to request a Human Edit, but I don't know how to do it

To request a Human Edit, the first step is to access your order.

To do this, go to the following link https://www.betterpic.io/app/orders and click on the order that contains the photo you want to edit.

Once you access your order, identify the photo for which you want to request a Human Edit and hover your cursor over it.

You will see the option "BP AI Edit" appear—click on it to add the photo to the AI Studio.

Once you have clicked on "BP AI Edit" the photo you selected will appear above the available editing options in the AI Studio.

To request a Human Edit, simply click on the "Human Edit" option.

You will access a menu where you can select the specific part of the image you want to edit.

On the menu, you will find a text box where you can provide more details for our editors. Try to keep it brief but clear so they fully understand your request and can deliver the best possible edit.

You can also optionally add a reference photo that editors can see and take into account while editing.

Once you have confirmed the area to edit and reviewed your instructions for the editors, you can submit your request by clicking on "Generate Photos" Your request will then be received in our system. You will receive an automatic message via email from editors@betterpi

Can I request a refund for my purchase?

If you're wondering whether you can request a refund for your purchase at Betterpic.io, here’s a detailed overview to guide you through our refund policy.

Eligibility for a Full Refund:

Timeframe: You can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase. Find out more on our refund process timeline.
Order Status: A full refund is possible if your order process has not been completed, and no AI model specific to your request has been trained.

Conditions for Partial Refund:

Order Initiation: If the order process has begun or an AI model has been trained, but you haven’t downloaded any generated images, you are eligible for a refund minus a 10% non-refundable withholding fee.
Image Downloads: If you have downloaded any images generated by our AI model, you will not be eligible for a refund.

How to activate a redo on your account?

If you want to request a redo, here's what you need to do:

Find the three-dot icon to the right of the Free Pictures option, click on it, and then click on Feedback.
Leave a rating of 1-3 by selecting the category that matches what's wrong with your results. You can only choose 1 category. On the next screen, you'll be able to be more specific about what went wrong within that category. For example: body type is wrong, I'm slimmer.
Once you submit the request, a confirmation message will appear indicating that the generation of new results has started. You don't need to do anything else at this point – just wait 20-30 minutes to generate the new set of photos. The new results will not be generated instantly; it takes 20-30 minutes to generate them. The new results will be added to the same order. Simply wait the indicated time, and when you access your order again, you'll see the new results included.

Important note: If you choose "Other" as your option, new photos will not be generated automatically since this falls under complicated or very specific cases where one of our support agents must assist and advise on the best solution.
