I want to request a Human Edit, but I don't know how to do it
To request a Human Edit, the first step is to access your order.
To do this, go to the following link https://www.betterpic.io/app/orders and click on the order that contains the photo you want to edit.
Once you access your order, identify the photo for which you want to request a Human Edit and hover your cursor over it.
You will see the option "BP AI Edit" appear—click on it to add the photo to the AI Studio.
Once you have clicked on "BP AI Edit" the photo you selected will appear above the available editing options in the AI Studio.
To request a Human Edit, simply click on the "Human Edit" option.
You will access a menu where you can select the specific part of the image you want to edit.
On the menu, you will find a text box where you can provide more details for our editors. Try to keep it brief but clear so they fully understand your request and can deliver the best possible edit.
You will also find a preview section with examples of previously completed Human Edits, showing the before and after for reference.
Once you have confirmed the area to edit and reviewed your instructions for the editors, you can submit your request by clicking on "Generate Photos." Your request will then be received in our system.
If you encounter any issues when submitting the request, it is likely due to insufficient credits, as 75 credits are required for this option.
The Basic package includes 20 credits, and the Pro package includes 40 credits, so you will need to purchase additional credits. If you purchased an Expert package, you already have enough credits to request a Human Edit and will also have unlimited revisions (this does not apply to the Basic and Pro packages).
Our editors will typically respond to your request with an email attaching the result within 24-48 hours.
We completely understand that you may not like certain details in the edit provided by our editors.
That's why you can simply reply to the conversation with the specific details that need to be changed, and they will send you a revised version at no additional cost
Once our editors send you the result, it will not be automatically added to your order along with the rest of the images.
However, if you need to include the edited image to continue editing it in our AI Studio, you can ask the editors to add it to your account. Once it's done, you will receive a confirmation.
