Onboarding For Team Members

Welcome Team Member!

On this page, we'll walk you through how, as a team member, you will get your perfect headshots.

Step 1: Getting Invited

Your admin manager for Betterpic will create an invite to our platform through either a link (example: https://www.betterpic.io/?team_code=xyz) or an invite email that looks like this:

Step 2: Create Account

You'll be invited to create an account with the email your admin has signed you up with.

Press 'send code to e-mail' to receive your one-time code for login. This will look like this:

Step 3: Add Order Details

Once your account is created, add the following details about yourself. The more precise you are, the better quality images you'll be able to receive.

Step 4: Select A Style

Important note: This step will automatically skip if your admin has pre-selected your styles.

A style combines a background (place), clothing style, and color.

You can select a minimum of 1 style or up to 3 styles.

Remember that the more styles you pick, the fewer pictures you will receive in each style.

This means that:

• If you select 3 styles, you'll receive 20 pictures per style chosen.
• If you select 2 styles, you'll receive 40 pictures per style chosen.
• If you select 1 style, you'll receive 60 pictures in that style chosen.

Step 5: Upload Selfies or Casual Photo's

Now it's time to upload all those fantastic pictures.

The best approach is to upload:

• 1-2 selfies on the spot
• 1-2 selfies from before (make sure they are pretty similar to the style you want)
• 1-2 pictures from full-body (you can use pictures where you stand with multiple people and use the cropper to tweak the images only to show yourself).

Make sure to upload a total of 6 with a maximum of 9.

Once uploaded, you'll receive a quality score per picture and a total average quality score like this:

Important note: To get the best results from your photoshoot, try to hit at least 80% of average-quality AI pics; anything less will decrease your chance of getting the headshots you like.

We will also discard pictures that cannot be used. Hover over the image to see exactly why we can't use it.

Once you have made a minimum of 8 quality pictures and ideally hit an 80% average quality score, it's time to move forward.

Click 'generate', and you are off to get some professional headshots and land on the following screen:

And receive a confirmation like this:

Step 6: Photoshoot Selection

In about one hour after generating your photoshoot, you'll receive an email when your photoshoot is finished.

Once you click on the email, you'll get to your personal AI Studio, which will look like this, to find 1-5 pictures you like:

Like a picture but need some tweaking?

Fine-tune a few pictures without AI Studio (left) if you like.

Like a picture, but would you need some more tweaking?

That's no problem. Just ask for a human edit in your AI Studio with the changes you'd like to see.

Step 7: Photoshoot Selection

To protect your privacy, your admin manager won't see any pictures you don't like, only the pictures you actually like. That is why it's important to make sure you like the picture using the 'heart' on the bottom left.

Once liked, the admin manager will be able to see it in their dashboard to use.

Eh viola, your new shoot is finished and ready to use.
