Can I manage and handle my team's headshots on my own?
Yes! As the manager of your team account, you’ll be able to invite team members, upload their photos, and generate all headshot orders yourself. You can fully manage the entire process, from inviting employees to handling their AI-generated headshots
Below, we’ll share a step-by-step guide on how to do it in video or written format.
First, you’ll be able to view the credits your team can use for the available features in our AI Studio. If you ever run out of credits, you’ll need to contact the support team to request additional credits.

An important section to check is the available and redeemed credits balance. If you have purchased more credits than what appears in your panel, please contact our support team, and they will ensure that you receive the correct amount of credits you purchased.

To invite all team members and manage all orders as a manager, click on "Invite via email" and enter the email addresses of the team members for whom you want to create a set of headshots. There’s no need for employees to register in order to manage their orders. Once the invitation is sent, the manager will be able to handle everything on their behalf.

Once you click, you'll access a panel where you can enter all the desired emails. After verifying that you've included all necessary team members, click "Send Invites"

To manage each team member's order, click on the "Status" tab and hover over the email of the member whose order you want to create. You'll see the option "Open Member" appear—click on it to begin the order creation process.

Once you click on "Open Member", you will be redirected to a panel where you'll need to enter the name, gender, eye color, desired styles, and, as the final step, upload the photos to train the model.

To manage the orders for the rest of the team members, if they have already been invited to the team, simply follow steps 5 and 6.
Once the order has been submitted for training, you’ll need to wait less than 2 hours to receive the results. To view them, click on the "Results" tab, where you’ll see all completed orders. From there, you can check if any additional actions are needed, review the order, and download the results for each order.
