Generate Multiple Employee Headshots from One Account Using Email Plus Addressing

If you need to create headshots for multiple employees but don't want to give them all access to your BetterPic account, you can generate all headshots yourself using email plus addressing (email aliases).

How it works:

Instead of inviting each team member and giving them account access, you can use variations of your own email address to create separate orders for each person.

How to generate team headshots using email aliases:

1. When placing an order, use your email with a "+" symbol followed by any number or text:

Your main email: miriam@betterpic.io

First employee: miriam+1@betterpic.io

Second employee: miriam+2@betterpic.io

Third employee: miriam+3@betterpic.io

3. All orders and results will be accessible from your main account—you'll receive notifications for all generated headshots.

4. Each order is treated as a separate generation, so you maintain full control without sharing account access.

Important: All emails with the "+" variations will deliver to your main inbox, but BetterPic will treat them as separate orders, allowing you to organize and track each employee's headshots independently.
