How can I change my email?
To change your email, the first step is to register on BetterPic with the new email you want to use for your account. Once you've done that, please let us know the new email (make sure to type it correctly—if a letter is missing or added by mistake, we won’t be able to find your registration in the system, which will delay the process).
Once you provide the new email, an agent will transfer your orders to the new account within 24 hours and notify you once the change is complete.
