How to activate a redo on your account?
If you want to request a redo, here's what you need to do:
- Find the three-dot icon to the right of the Free Pictures option, click on it, and then click on Feedback.
- Leave a rating of 1-3 by selecting the category that matches what's wrong with your results. You can only choose 1 category. On the next screen, you'll be able to be more specific about what went wrong within that category. For example: body type is wrong, I'm slimmer.
- Once you submit the request, a confirmation message will appear indicating that the generation of new results has started. You don't need to do anything else at this point – just wait 20-30 minutes to generate the new set of photos. The new results will not be generated instantly; it takes 20-30 minutes to generate them. The new results will be added to the same order. Simply wait the indicated time, and when you access your order again, you'll see the new results included.
Important note: If you choose "Other" as your option, new photos will not be generated automatically since this falls under complicated or very specific cases where one of our support agents must assist and advise on the best solution.
