What are the ways I can download my photos?

First, you can download your photos individually if there is only one photo that you really love.

To do this, simply click on the photo you want to download, and a larger preview will appear. To download it, click on the download icon.

Below, you can see an image showing its exact location.



Once you click, the photo download will start, and it will be added to your downloads.

You can also download a set of photos without needing to download the entire batch. To do this, go to each desired photo and select it to include it in the final download.


To download the selected set of photos, click on "Download Selected" followed by the number of selected photos.


Once you click, a message will appear indicating that the download is being prepared. When the process is complete, you will receive a ZIP file containing all the photos, which you will need to extract to view them.

Finally, to download the entire set of photos, simply click on "Download Batch" in either of the two available options and follow the steps mentioned in option number 2

I’ve already tried those methods, and it’s still not working

If you have any issues downloading your photos, we recommend first marking as favorites the ones you want to download and then contacting support so they can download them for you and send them to you. This way, we can assist you much faster.

To mark a photo as a favorite, go to the desired photo and click on the heart icon to tag it.
