I was reviewing my photos and noticed that some are missing from my set

One of the reasons you may not see the photos you're mentioning is if you accidentally marked them as "dislike" This causes them to be hidden, showing only the ones marked as "favorites" or those that haven't been labeled yet.

To view the photos you marked as "dislike" scroll to the top of your order, where you'll find an option to filter the results by "favorites" or "dislike" Click on "dislike" icon, and all the photos with that label will appear.



Additionally, if you accessed your order before all the results were ready, it's possible that some photos were replaced with higher-quality images. In that case, you can request one of our agents to unlock the complete set, including any hidden photos, and send it to you.
