I'm a Team Manager but Can't Access the Results Dashboard

If you’re a team manager and trying to access your company dashboard but keep getting redirected to the payment page for a new order, you’re likely in the personal section of your BetterPic account.

To fix this, next to the BetterPic logo in the top left corner, you’ll see a selector indicating you’re in the personal account section. Click it to switch to the company section, and you’ll be able to view your team’s dashboard.

If you don’t see the company section, it’s likely because you haven’t been assigned as a manager yet or you’re using the wrong email. Make sure to log in with the exact email assigned as the team manager
