I’ve been trying to access my account, but the OTP code isn’t working

If you’re experiencing this issue, it’s likely due to corrupted site data. To resolve this, please follow these steps:

Go to the page where the error occurs, right-click, and select "Inspect".




A console with multiple options will appear. Click on the "Application" tab.


Look for the "Clear Site Data" option, located below the usage graph.


Click on "Clear Site Data".
Close the tab and reopen the website.

This should resolve the issue, and you’ll be able to access your account without any problems. However, if you continue to experience difficulties, please contact support so they can inform our technical team to find a solution for you.
