Why Aren't My Team Member Headshots Displaying on the Company Dashboard?
In the "Results" tab, only the photos that team members have marked as favorites will appear. So, if you're not seeing any headshots for a specific member, it’s likely because they haven’t marked any images as favorites yet.
If you’re the team manager, you can do this yourself by following the steps in the video. Once you mark at least one image as a favorite and refresh the dashboard, you’ll be able to download the photo from the "Results" tab.
