In each team, you can have as many managers as you need; there’s no limit. Adding a new team manager is super simple. In the dashboard, go to the "Members" tab, find the email of the person you want to designate as a manager, and click on their employee role to change it to the manager role. If your team has different departments and you want to organize teams by area, it’s totally possible in BetterPic. Simply go to the "Teams" tab and click on "Add Team." You can create as many teams as you want, distribute the available photoshoot credits, and even delete any team you no longer need. If you’re a team manager and trying to access your company dashboard but keep getting redirected to the payment page for a new order, you’re likely in the personal section of your BetterPic account. Click it to switch to the company section, and you’ll be able to view your team’s dashboard. If some team members have already generated their results and you want to change the previously selected style that all members should use, it’s completely possible. You can remove the current styles and replace them with new ones by clicking the cross icon to delete them entirely and then adding the new styles you want to use. In the "Results" tab, only the photos that team members have marked as favorites will appear. So, if you're not seeing any headshots for a specific member, it’s likely because they haven’t marked any images as favorites yet. If you’re the team manager, you can do this yourself by following the steps in the video.
